What You’re Buying:
Thickness: Surfaced to approximately 1 inch (±1/16")
Edges: ONE live edge and ONE straight edge
Ends: Both ends are straight cut
Moisture Content: Kiln dried and ready for indoor use

Natural Wood Characteristics
This is real hardwood, not a factory-manufactured board. Each slab is unique.

You should expect natural features such as:
-Knots
-Color variation between sapwood and heartwood
-Small checks or cracks
-Occasional voids or bark pockets
-Irregular grain patterns

These characteristics are part of the natural beauty of walnut and are not considered defects.

Ideally Used for:
Floating shelves
Fireplace mantels
Coffee tables and side tables
Desktops
Bathroom vanities
Accent furniture

Not recommended for outdoor use unless properly sealed and maintained.

We needed a shelf for my Father-in-Law’s flag. This piece of black walnut arrived quickly and was well packaged. Followed enclosed instructions and let it acclimate for about 7 days. A light sanding and a couple of coats of polyurethane and this piece has become art in itself. Highly recommend for your shelving needs.

The quality is beautiful and it arrived very quickly! I used 5 coats of Tung oil and then used epoxy to decorate the live edge with different types of crystals. It's been a fun project :)

The walnut plank is really beautiful. I’m looking forward to making something with it, probably a coat hook rack.

I love this slab of raw cut wood. I used it as a plant tray to cover up an old radiator that doesn’t work. The size is customizable and the shipping was super fast!

I bought three planks earlier this month. They were so nice that I purchased 9 more. They are high quality and greatly exceeded my expectations. I have not used them yet for my crafts but expect the finished crafts to be much higher in value as a result of these fine planks. I highly recommend this seller.
