Elevate your build with our 1.75" Black Walnut Slabs. Deep brown heartwood, lively grain, and both edges left natural. Each slab is kiln-dried, and planed smooth for a premium, ready-to-work canvas.
Additional sanding may be required depending on preference.

These pieces may or may not contain the bark in-tact on the live edges. Bark on the live edges becomes brittle during the drying process and often falls off during handling and processing of these boards.

Absolutely thrilled with this purchase! I bought a 1.75" thick walnut plank for a small outdoor side table, and this was not my first purchase from this wood shop.

The plank arrived quickly and was extremely well packaged. The quality exceeded my expectations—there was practically no checking or cracking. I followed the seller’s recommendation and let the wood acclimate for six days before turning it into a table.

The seller was incredibly easy to work with and happily accommodated all of my requests. I highly recommend this shop and look forward to purchasing more beautiful wood from them in the future!

This board is just about flawless. I've made a ton of cutting boards and charcuterie boards over the years, and most wood needs a lot of epoxy to fill holes and cracks and prepare the board for a long life in the kitchen. This board will need hardly any work before I can get busy shaping it and then staining it. GREAT.

Beautiful slab that was packaged well and
was as described.

As stated in the description, some of the bark may naturally come off during shipping, but it is very easy to glue back on. I love this slab. I'm using it as a very large charcuterie board.
