I ordered a box of the walnut cutoffs, and Sterling sent them out immediately. Unfortunately, my desire to get the walnut and FedEx's desire to get it to me do not match. They moved it halfway across the country and then lost it. Sterling was great to work with; he contacted the shipper multiple times without resolution to the problem. He kept me in the loop during the conversations and ultimately sent out another box of cutoffs. Final grade - BlackSheepWoodStudio: A+, FedEx - F!

Excellent, of course everyone wants more. But really very generous with nice workable pieces. I will be purchasing more items from them. Am looking for some pretty curly Maple...light,golden wood. Am NOT using cnc, rather each piece in hand sculpted with human errors to make personal.
