Each tray features solid Black Walnut sides joined with exposed dovetail corners, a walnut panel bottom, and simple black metal handles. The natural color and grain of the Walnut are allowed to stand on their own, giving each tray its own unique appearance.

Built for Everyday Use
These trays are designed to be as functional as they are good looking.
Use one for serving drinks or snacks, organizing a coffee table, creating a centerpiece, adding a solid surface to an ottoman, or simply displaying it when not in use.
The 16" × 20" size offers plenty of usable space without being overly large, while the 20" × 30" tray makes a substantial addition to a large coffee table or ottoman.
Dovetail Construction
Rather than hiding the corner joints, we made them part of the design.
Each corner is joined using dovetails, creating a strong mechanical joint while adding a traditional woodworking detail that contrasts beautifully with the clean, modern black handles.
Durable Finish
Each tray is finished with conversion varnish, creating a durable sealed surface designed to hold up well to regular household use.
Unlike an oil-finished cutting board, these trays do not require routine oiling or conditioning. For cleaning, simply wipe the surface with a soft damp cloth and dry afterward. Avoid soaking or placing the tray in a dishwasher.
Real Walnut, Natural Variation
Black Walnut is a natural hardwood, and no two trays will look exactly alike.
Color can range from medium brown to deep chocolate brown, with occasional lighter areas, sapwood, and variations in grain. These differences are a natural part of real Walnut and are what make each finished tray unique.
Construction
The sides of the tray are made from solid Black Walnut hardwood. The bottom is constructed from a stable walnut-veneered plywood panel, allowing us to maintain the appearance of Walnut throughout the tray while providing a stable, durable bottom across the tray's larger surface area.
